Lauren is an Associate Director at OMERS Infrastructure in Toronto, and is responsible for advancing the OMERS Infrastructure strategy through a number of key strategic initiatives across the global infrastructure portfolio including capital allocation, capital rotation, forward-looking thematic and macroeconomic research, and market and peer group analysis. She joined the team in September 2021.
Prior to joining OMERS, Lauren worked for 4 years in consulting, advising international development organizations, (quasi) government and corporate clients on infrastructure strategy and policy, public private partnerships, private sector participation projects, alternative service delivery, and financing activities across a number of infrastructure asset classes – most recently as a Manager at Deloitte’s Infrastructure Advisory and Project Finance practice. Prior to that, Lauren worked at the World Bank and Matcom Industrial Installations.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Chemistry degree from Queen’s University, a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Global Affairs degree from the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy at the University of Toronto.
