Ade joined the OMERS Infrastructure team in September 2023, and is responsible for providing legal advice and support to the transaction teams regarding new investment opportunities and the management of existing assets throughout the UK and Europe.

Prior to joining OMERS Infrastructure, Ade was a senior associate in the corporate team at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he focused on M&A and private equity transactions and completed a secondment to Blackstone. He was previously an associate in the corporate energy and infrastructure team at Herbert Smith Freehills.

Ade holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University College London and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
