Michael is a Director, Legal & Compliance for OMERS Infrastructure in New York. Michael helps to oversee and provide regulatory and compliance advice. He joined the team in January 2026.

Prior to joining OMERS, Michael has served for over 20 years in a variety of regulatory compliance roles in the investment management space, including most recently as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for Shenkman Capital and as a consultant and outsourced CCO for ACA Group.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado at Denver in Business Administration/Finance.
