Jeff joined OMERS Infrastructure in New York in January 2026. He is a Managing Director and leads a wide range of portfolio management and strategic initiatives across OMERS portfolio in the United States and Canada.

Jeff has a career spanning 25 years across investing, business transformations, and operations, and he possesses a particularly deep and distinctive understanding of the energy sector. He joined OMERS most recently from Civitas Resources, where he was Chief Transformation Officer and, prior to that, he led a wide range of transformations across the energy sector while he was a Managing Director at Blackstone for almost four years.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from Oklahoma State University.
