Abigail joined the OMERS Infrastructure team in September 2019. As Managing Director, Legal, her focus is on providing advice and support to the transaction teams regarding new investment opportunities and the management of existing assets throughout the UK and Europe. 

Abi previously worked as a Senior Associate in the Projects, Energy and Infrastructure group at Allen & Overy LLP. In this role, she advised clients on the acquisition, financing and refinancing of infrastructure assets. She has also worked for Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited in the Loan Structuring & Execution team, assisting with a broad range of lending transactions originating from institutional, corporate, and specialised lending groups across a variety of industry segments.

Abigail holds a Bachelor’s in Law (jurisprudence) from University of Oxford and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
