Manager, Human Resources, London
In her role as Manager, Human Resources, Bronwyn provides HR leadership to all OMERS business entities across Europe. Having joined in December 2014, Bronwyn has been responsible for working in partnership with and providing comprehensive support to OMERS Europe-based business leaders and employees.
Before joining OMERS, Bronwyn spent four years as a Senior HR Manager at EFG, the UK-based private bank, where she managed a number of areas including rewards, employee relations and training and development. Prior to this, Bronwyn worked at CWC, a management consultancy, in the role of Head of HR & Operations.
Originally from New Zealand, Bronwyn achieved her Bachelor of Agricultural Economics from Massey University. She later moved to the U.K., where she completed her Masters in Personnel Development at Westminster University.
